ROASTED BONED CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2kg chicken

  • 400g pork meat

  • Perfumed mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Chinese vermicelli

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Black mushrooms

  • Potatoes

  • Salad

  • 1 tablespoon wheat

  • 2 loaves of bread

 

Method:

 

  • Clean up the chicken. Take the inner part out. Cut off its feet and bone it.

  • Mash well cleaned meat with perfumed mushrooms, black mushrooms, onion and garlic.

  • Wet the Chinese vermicelli and cut it in pieces of 3cm. Boil the potatoes and peel them. Then cut them to cubes having 1cm long each side.

  • Mix the mashed meat with Chinese vermicelli and potatoes. Stuff the abdomen of the chicken with the mixture. Roast the chicken in an oven for one and a half hour. From time to time, wet the chicken with fat.

  • The chicken roasted, wet it with honey. Cut the thread gently, if there is, in order not to tear the skin of the chicken.

  • Before meal, put the chicken on a plate. Cut it with every sharp knife in slices of 1cm thick. Try not to deform the chicken. Served mainly with bread, salt, black pepper and lemon.
